Local Area – wild and spectacular

There are lots of things to do in the Badachro local area.

From Badachro Inn you are within easy reach of boats, for hire or for trips, beaches, short walks in the nearby hills, longer walks in the mountains.

There is abundant fishing, lots of wildlife in the sea and on land. There are several small botas operating from Badachro and Gairloch which take people out on half- or full-day fishing or sight-seeing trips. All are highly recommended.

And everywhere there is the culture of the Highlands, past and present. Visit the local museum or the many ceilidhs and musical evenings all around the loch from Badachro to Big Sand.

And, of course, there are many places to stay in Badachro itself or nearby.
